The Brief
A well established estate agent reached out to us to help them reach more leads. Having just undergone a complete website overhaul they asked us to carry out an audit on the new site to make sure that it complied with all the latest Search Engine Optimisation techniques.
They then asked us to create a Google Advertising campaign for them focusing on generating potential leads to get more properties on their books.
What are doing
We carried out a full audit of their website and gave them some advice on landing pages and content.
We setup a Google Ads campaign for them and now monitor it for any changes to keywords, budget and targeting.
We are now working on a Facebook Advertising campaign for them, creating the media, posts and will manage it on a monthly basis.
